Cancellation policy

How cancellations and refunds work on Lend Shed for renters and owners.

Renter cancellations

Cancellations are handled on a tiered basis depending on how close to pickup you cancel. The closer to pickup, the smaller the refund of the rental fee. The bond authorisation is always released in full.

Owner cancellations

Owners can cancel before pickup if needed. Full refund to the renter, and we may take action against owners who repeatedly cancel.
