The terms and conditions that govern your use of the Lend Shed peer-to-peer rental marketplace.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LEND SHED PTY LTD (ABN 73 696 878 485) and govern your use of the Lend Shed website, mobile interface and related services.

What Lend Shed is

An online marketplace that lets people in Australia list everyday gear for short-term rental to other people. We are not a party to the rental contract between Owner and Renter.

Your responsibilities

Be honest about your identity, only list gear you own or have the right to rent out, return rented gear on time and in the condition you collected it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
